Founded by Sergio Moutela, TASCA is more than just a restaurant—it's a labor of love, born from a passion for bringing the rich culinary heritage of Iberian ingredients to life in a fresh and exciting way.​

Sergio Moutela, previously of Melovino Meadery, and now Executive Chef & owner of Torino in Metuchen, was brought up in a Portuguese household which comes with being immersed in a love for food and its culture. His talent and creativity in his craft has won him awards in local and international levels.

Our space is perfect to celebrate a special occasion or host a fancy business gathering. With a capacity of up to 25 guests, it offers an intimate and exclusive experience for your event. Our team will work with you to create a customized menu to suit your needs.
