Founded by Sergio Moutela and Chef Robert Santello, TASCA is more than just a restaurant—it's a labor of love, born from a shared passion for bringing the rich culinary heritage of Iberian ingredients to life in a fresh and exciting way.

Chef Rob Santello is a visionary in the kitchen. Hailing from Heirloom Kitchen, HK St Laurent & Alta NYC, he brings years of experience and a deep understanding of flavors to every dish he creates in true artistic form, elevating familiar Iberian ingredients to new heights.

Sergio Moutela, previously of Melovino Meadery, and now Executive Chef & owner of Torino in Metuchen, was brought up in a Portuguese household which comes with being immersed in a love for food and its culture. His talent and creativity in his craft has won him awards in local and international levels.

We enjoy serving the finer things in life... from award winning wines of Domenico Winery, crafty sangrias, to Portugal's finest Delta coffee and artisanal teas from Lisbon Tea Co, served in personal sized tea kettles.
Private Dining
Our space is perfect to celebrate a special occasion or host a fancy business gathering. With a capacity of up to 25 guests, it offers an intimate and exclusive experience for your event. Our team will work with you to create a customized menu to suit your needs.
